Dana Klitzberg has been traveling and cooking and writing for decades. The travel bug bit her while in high school, with her first overseas trip to Paris and Israel. She studied abroad in Florence while in college, and received a B.A. in English Literature and Writing from the University of Virginia. Dana traveled back to Italy throughout the nineties, until landing in Rome in '99, where she felt at home. She returned to NYC to attend culinary school at the Institute of Culinary Education, and worked at San Domenico NY for a year before returning to Rome for the next decade. Dana is an entrepreneur and celebrated chef, but her first love has always been putting pen to paper.
